Organisers say a fundraising evening that was set to be held in Brent Knoll on Saturday (October 29th) featuring memorable excerpts from a dozen famous musicals was cancelled due to Covid concerns.
The event was set to be held in Brent Knoll Parish Hall from 7.30-9.30pm, raising funds for Weston Hospice.
One of the organisers, Brian Freestone, said that a number of Covid-related concerns have been raised in recent days and therefore the event had been cancelled.
“We hope to hold ot next Spring instead.”
