Liberal Democrat General Election candidate Tessa Munt has received the backing of TV star Deborah Meadon this week.
The star of the BBC’s Dragon’s Den and Strictly Come Dancing tweeted her endorsement to her 337,000 followers on Monday night.
Deborah Meadon, who lives in Somerset, tweeted: “Had the pleasure of discussing life, my county, my country with Tessa Munt, Lib Dem candidate for Wells. She knows, she cares, she does… she gets my 👍🏻 #VoteTactical.”
Tessa said: “I’m absolutely delighted – it’s great to have the support of a life-long Somerset resident and businesswoman.”
