Residents in Lympsham have this week been warned to be extra vigilant after a home owner spotted someone on CCTV attempting to gain access to vehicles.
The CCTV footage has been been posted by a resident on social media of “some naughty individual trying to break into vans at properties on the A370 at Lympsham”.
The incident occurred at 6.38am on Wednesday morning (November 27th) and the home owner says that his vehicle’s locks were screwed but they did’t gain access” while they did enter a neighbour’s van.
Police have asked people in the area to be extra vigilant.
It comes just days after Burnham-On-Sea.com first reported on a burglary at The Crown Inn in East Huntspill in which jewellery and cash was stolen.
