Busy Easter weekend begins today at St Andrew’s Church in Burnham-On-Sea

-

A busy Easter is coming to St Andrew’s Church in Burnham-On-Sea with a wide range of services and activities.
Maundy Thursday (April 18th) sees two services taking place at 10am and 7.30pm.
On Good Friday there will be the traditonal ‘walk of witness’ with other churches in the town. This year the walk will commence at St Andrew’s Church and finish at Our Lady &
English Martyr church, starting at 11am and going along the seafront to Pier Street and then along Marine drive.
There will also be a devotional service taking place between 2-3pm on Good Friday (April 19th).
On Easter Day the church will hold services at both St Andrew’s Church and at the tin tabernacle at Edithmead. Both services will start at 10am.
The Church is also beginning its art exhibition season this Easter with pictures by Mr Roy Smith and the vicar of Burnham, the Revd Graham Witts. The Church will be open between 11am and 4pm, Monday to Saturday with all welcome.
The church says it is interested in hearing from groups and individuals if they would like to
exhibit art work.
