Burnham-On-Sea’s revamped Specsavers store has re-opened this week with a brand new look.
The long-established High Street store was closed for a couple of weeks while new equipment and an extra testing room were installed.
A larger seating area was also added, as well as more-easily-accessible facilities for wheelchair-users.
Rama Venkat, store director, says there was a party atmosphere at the store when it reopened its doors to the public.
He told Burnham-on-Sea.com: “Many of our customers have been coming here for years and have become friends to us, so it was great to see them here for our big day.”
“Since we reopened, we have been able to show people around the store and give them an experience of the latest eye care and retail technology we have.”
“We are pleased to be enhance the highly professional and ultra-modern service our staff provide.”
