A Burnham-On-Sea estate agent has been awarded a brand-new mark of excellence in estate agency at a national awards event.
CJ Hole was among a thousand of the UK’s leading estate and letting agents represented at the ‘Best Estate Agent Guide Awards’ in London recently.
The winners of a new ‘recognition of excellence’ award in the property industry were announced and the winners were presented with their accolades by TV presenter Gabby Logan.
CJ Hole in Burnham-On-Sea achieved gold and bronze awards, and said it was delighted to be recognised.

Each estate agent branch was scored by Property Academy and Rightmove against a unique set of performance and customer service criteria, using a combination of data analysis and mystery shopping in order to identify the best estate agency brands and branches in the country.
