A man from Highbridge who allegedly stole a cash tin from a club in Burnham-On-Sea town centre appeared in court on Monday morning (September 3rd).
It comes after a man was reported to Police on August 25th to have gone behind the bar at The Ritz Social Club in Victoria Street at around 12.30pm and taken a tin containing several hundred pounds of cash.
Christopher Rost-Aldridge, aged 28, from Highbridge’s Morland Road, was arrested on suspicion of burglary.
He was charged with burglary over the weekend and appeared before Taunton magistrates on Monday.
