Burnham-On-Sea fire crews were called to a rubbish lorry on fire on Monday (May 18th).
Crews were called to the rubbish centre off Bristol Road, Walpole, Bridgwater at 2.28pm.
“Fire crews from Burnham-On-Sea were mobilised to a report of a dust cart on fire,” confirmed a spokesman.
“On arrival at the incident, crews confirmed a small fire in the rear of the dust cart which was extinguished using one hose reel jet.”
“No damage was caused to the vehicle. The cause of the fire was accidental.”
