Tickets are on sale for Burnham-On-Sea and Highbridge Town Band’s latest concert, which will be held on Sunday 28th October.
The band have changed their concert start times at The Princess Theatre from 7.45pm to 7pm following feedback from audiences.
“The old time of 7.45pm apparently goes back to the days when the majority of the audience would go to Evensong then come along to the concert afterwards,” says the band’s Joan Locock.
“However, recently our regular fans have requested an earlier start so we have changed to 7.00pm with doors and bar opening at 6.30pm. Please ignore The Princess Theatre’s what’s on brochure which was printed before the time change.”
“The first concert with the new time will be held on Sunday 28th October when we will perform ‘Features and Favourites’, a selection of pieces chosen by band and audience members.”
