Burnham-On-Sea’s St Andrew’s Church set to mark Easter season

-

Burnham-On-Sea’s St Andrew’s Church is holding a special service and a walk to mark the Easter season.

On Sunday March 25th at 6.00pm St Andrew’s will be hosting a devotional service called The Cross of Christ to mark the beginning of Holy Week.

The devotional service will be led by the church choir, pictured, and will also include readings and hymns for all to join in.

The Vicar of St Andrew’s, the Revd Graham Witts, said: “This will be a wonderful way to begin the Easter season.”

“It will also allow us all some quiet and reflection amidst the hectic pace of life – we welcome anyone who wishes to join us.”

The churchmembers will also join in a ‘procession of witness’ from Our Lady and English Martyr’s Church to St Andrew’s Church, beginning at 12-noon on Good Friday.
