Burnham-On-Sea Scout group held a Royal Street Party with games to mark the marriage of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

Scores of youngsters headed to the BASC Ground Scout hut on Saturday (May 19th) for the celebration that followed the group’s AGM.

“We had a great spread of food and lots of games including an adults-against-young-people tug-of-war, egg and spoon race, gladiator pole, stocks/water fight, table tennis, a rounders match and splat the rat,” the group’s Jacob Beard told Burnham-On-Sea.com.

There is also a family Bingo night on Saturday 30th June from 7pm when all will be welcome. He thanked all who had gone along and said that anyone who is interested in joining the group should see www.burnhamonseascouts.org.uk.
