firefighters were called to a tackle a 'suspicious' blaze at a home
in Puriton early this morning (Monday).
fire appliances from Bridgwater and Burnham-On-Sea were sent to
Canns Lane, Puriton at just after 3.30am where the porch of a property
was on fire, having been possibly set alight deliberately.

was well alight and got to work using one safety jet, one hose reel
jet and two breathing apparatus sets," a spokesman told Burnham-On-Sea.com.

clear the heavily smoke-logged property measuring 30m by 8m."
