Berrow Church has provided the backdrop for the filming of a unique music video this week.
St Mary’s Church in Berrow welcomed The Military Wives choir who performed for a music video with the band Slowly Sinking Ships.
The local band is currently filming a new video for their soon-to-be-released new single.
Patrick Barber, instructor of the Berrow Kung Fu club and a church member, whose son Harrison plays base guitar for the band, obtained agreement from Rev. Jonathan Philpott to use St Mary’s for the filming.
“All agreed it would be a great way of bringing the church even further exposure in the community whilst using the beautiful and historic setting for the video,” Patrick told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
