group aims to raise £1,000 as reward to find Dean Tate
new fundraising campaign has been launched in a bid to find missing
Burnham-On-Sea man Dean Tate.
40-year-old was last seen at the TA8s bar in Pier Street in Burnham-On-Sea
at around 2.30am on Saturday February 24th after earlier visiting
the nearby Somerset and Dorset pub.
fire, Coastguard, BARB and RNLI crews have been involved in a major
search to find him, with no sightings. Residents in Burnham-On-Sea
and Highbridge have also searched for Mr Tate without success.
members of the 'Find Dean Tate' community group have begun a fundraising
here, it aims to raise £1,000 as a reward that will be
given to a person or people that provide concrete evidence as to
what has happened to Dean.
group's spokesperson says: "On Friday 23rd February Dean Tate
left his house for a few drinks and never returned. His fiance,
six sons, stepdaughter and family are still waiting for news of
his whereabouts. CCTV, witness statements and endless hours of searching
have unfortunately not turned up any results."

Coastguards and BARB crews searching river banks
was last sighted near the Lighthouse Pub near Haven around 2.30am
on Saturday 24th February. Around this time pubs close in the local
