Applications Committee this week, who gave backing to the 'reserved
original planning application for 17 homes at the site was approved
by Sedgemoor District Council in February 2014 despite objections
from local residents.
conditions have placed on the developer to protect the privacy and
'amenity' of nearby residents.
applicant, EG Carter & Co, is seeking consent for 'reserved
matters' items covering the appearance, landscaping, layout and
scale of the site.
councillors considered the updated scheme on Tuesday night and passed
it without further observations. A final decision now rests with
Sedgemoor District Council.
