£84,205 boost for planned new Brean to Weston cycle path
new cycle path between Brean Down and Weston Pier has been given
a major financial boost from the Government this week.
eight-mile traffic-free 'Brean Way' cycle and walking route is due
to open in May, as first reported by Burnham-On-Sea.com here.
MP James Heappey has welcomed the Government's decision to award
£84,205 to deliver the new cycle path connecting Brean Down
to the nearby campsites and to Weston Super Mare.
award was made as part of the fourth round of the Coastal Communities

news for Brean and the wider visitor economy in the Burnham area."
