assaulted on train near Burnham-On-Sea and Highbridge station
appeal has been issued by British Transport Police after a teenage
woman was sexually assaulted on a train as it approached Highbridge
and Burnham-On-Sea railway station.
fell into the victim after the train jolted and then "touched
her inappropriately", says British Transport Police.
incident occurred as the train approached Highbridge and Burnham-On-Sea
station on Saturday, April 8th at 4.45pm.
woman was travelling to Taunton when the man boarded the train with
three other men and a woman at Weston-super-Mare.
the man groped her, the woman shouted but he ignored her and continued
to assault her.

like to speak to anyone who was on board this train who may have
seen or heard what happened, or anyone who knows anything about
this group of people or the incident described."
