A newly-formed Burnham-On-Sea firm is offering puppy and dog training in the area.
Tricky Paws Puppy & Dog Training specialises in puppies and companion dogs and offers services across the Highbridge and Burnham-On-Sea area.
Professional, fun and friendly, Tricky Paws is owned and run by Carrie-Anne New BSc (Hons), and offers a variety of services.
These include puppy training and socialisation classes adult dog training classes and workshops, private and one-to-one tuition, consultancy for challenging or problem behaviours, puppy home visits and courses for people.

Carrie-Anne, pictured, is qualified to degree level in animal behaviour and is continually updating her skills and experience.
“All training and behaviour modification methods are positive, reward-based and effective,” she explained.
“I will teach you to communicate with and understand your puppy or dog and show you how to teach them to be well mannered and obedient.”
“All training is fun, interactive and informative, with the intention of helping you and your dog reach your full potential.”
She added: “I am really excited to be able to offer these services in my home towns. I am very passionate about dogs and find it extremely rewarding when I am able to help those in need.”

All group training classes are held at the BAY Centre in Cassis Close, Burnham-On-Sea. Private tuition and behaviour consultations are conducted in your own home and appointment times are flexible. If you are interested in attending group classes, contact Carrie-Anne to book your dog in for a future course – there are limited places available, so book early.
Carrie-Anne is also offering a coffee morning called A Cuppa & Canines every Saturday morning at Southwell House in Highbridge (starting on 22nd October). This is for anyone and everyone who has an interest in dogs and would like to socialise with other like minded people.
