Over 20 different flower arrangements went on display at a Burnham-On-Sea church’s flower festival over the weekend.

Burnham-On-Sea Methodist Church in College Street held the event over three days, attracting a flow of visitors who included Burnham’s Mayor and Mayoress Michael and Maria Clarke and former MP Tessa Munt, pictured here.

Dozens of colourful blooms and displays went on show at the event, all arranged by local churchgoers from across the Burnham-On-Sea area.

Organiser Dorothy Mary told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “I’m very proud that we had such a superb display of arrangements on show – the quality was fantastic and was very much appreciated by those who came along. Our thanks go to everyone who supported the event, helping to raise funds for the church’s roof fund.”
