Stunning new aerial photos of Burnham-On-Sea captured by drone

-

These stunning new aerial photos of Burnham-On-Sea have been captured by a drone-enthusiast.

Jason Gratton used a ‘DJI Phantom’ drone flying high above the town to take these superb images of the seafront and the town’s Pavilion.

The superb images also feature the sweep of the beach between Burnham’s lighthouse and Berrow.

“The pictures were taken at various heights up to the CAA’s limit of 400ft,” he says.

And there are also unique views of the River Brue estuary and Apex Park from above.

“I’m just a hobbyist. I’m mainly interested in the flying aspect however I have taken opportunities recently to take pictures whilst out flying.”

“When you fly a drone in the UK it is your responsibility to be aware of the rules that are in place to keep everyone safe,” he says.

“You make sure you can see your drone at all times and don’t fly higher than 400ft, and you don’t fly within 50 metres of people, vehicles, buildings or structures.”
