A multi-vehicle accident closed the A38 at Brent Knoll on Wednesday (May 18th) for several hours.
Several vehicles coillided on the stretch of road between the M5 Edithmead roundabout and the Fox and Goose pub shortly before 8pm.
Police and ambulance crews from Burnham-On-Sea were called to the collision, involving a caravan and several cars, as pictured here.
Motorists were diverted along alternative routes by police while the closure was in force to allow recovery and a clean-up to be completed. A police spokesman told Burnham-On-Sea.com there had been no serious injuries.
