The judges of Burnham-On-Sea and Highbridge’s annual Christmas lights competition have issued a final call for entries this week as the deadline for entering is today at 5pm (Friday).

The Town Council is encouraging residents and businesses in the two towns to illuminate their homes and premises and enter.

Cash prizes will be awarded to the top displays for best individual residence in Burnham and Highbridge. There will also be a prize for the best business window in Burnham or Highbridge.

Only those properties which have been specifically entered the competition will be judged. To enter, email the Town Council at lorna@burnham-highbridge.org or telephone Lorna on 01278 788088 by 5pm on 11th December. Cups and shields for the winners will be engraved and held for a year.
