rescue hovercrafts were called to Weston on Friday evening (June
5th) amid concern for the safety of a group of people seen wading
through thick mud.

lower part of the beach near Weston Pier, prompting a call-out
for two teams of Coastguards along with volunteers from Burnham-On-Sea's
BARB Search & Rescue.
