A Burnham-On-Sea resident has won £350 in the regional finals of a weight loss challenge.
Sarah Kidd, who lives in Burnham, travelled to Cardiff on Sunday for the regional finals of a Herbalife weight loss challenge.
Herbalife runs weight loss challenges in Burnham and supports local people reach whatever their nutrition goal is, whether it is weight loss, muscle gain, more energy or health improvement.
One of its wellness coaches, Chelle Gibbs, said: “Sarah came to us at the start of the year after having her second son when she was feeling overweight, tired and run down,” said spokeswoman Chelle Gibbs.
“She was not eating properly. We worked closely with her to change her nutrition, helping her lose weight, and now she has a much better long-term health to run around after her two gorgeous boys.”
“We could see how determined she was and entered her into our company’s 90-day Level 10 Challenge. Her hard work and determination paid off at the regional finals in Cardiff where she was awarded £350.”
She has now been entered into the national finals next summer and is in with a chance of winning £10,000.
