A former nursing home in Burnham-On-Sea could soon be turned into a development of flats.
The owner of The Gables in Grove Road has submitted new plans to Sedgemoor District Council as it seeks Full Planning Permission to convert the premises.
The applicant, New Shore Developments, wants to Change the use of the property from a redundant care and nursing home to one two-bedroom dwelling and five two-bedroom flats.
Sedgemoor District Council has opened consultation on the plans and comments are welcome until February 27th. The application has the reference number 11/15/00017.
