A spring fayre in Burnham-On-Sea on Saturday (March 7th) raised funds for a local good cause.

The well-attended event was held at the Bay Centre in Cassis Close in aid of Fibromyalgia Heart of Somerset.

Face painting, games, bric a brac, a jewellery stall, photography, a tombola and a raffle were among the activities on offer.

The group’s Vice Chairman told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “It was a hectic but lovely day! It was well supported with 16 stalls selling lots of produce. We thank all the businesses who supported us with raffle prizes and all those who came along. A big thank you also goes to Nicky Smith, who organised it – she did a great job!”

Fibromyalgia Heart of Somerset is a local support group who support local people with the debilitating condition of Fibromyalgia.
