One of the UK’s leading spririt mediums made a visit to Burnham-On-Sea this week to perform a show.
Derek Acorah, who rose to fame on Living TV’s Most Haunted, performed in Burnham’s Somerset and Dorset pub in the High Street on Thursday (April 30th).
He described the show as his “most intimate and exclusive ever” with a maximum capacity of 76 people filling the pub’s function room to watch.
“Derek was hugely popular and we could have the sold the tickets four times over,” the Somerset & Dorset’s Dave Yates told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
“He was a big name to get to the pub to mark the start of our summer programme and gave us a superb show of spiritualism and mediumship.”
Over the next few months, the pub will have a busy programme of entertainment with live music every Saturday, Friday night party nights, and karaoke on Sundays. The pub’s new menu also starts on June 2nd and a street party in planned for the summer.
