Ribbon cutting ceremony held for new craft shop in Highbridge

-

A brand new shop selling crafts and offering craft-making classes has opened in Highbridge town centre.

Kerry’s Card Kreations has opened in Market Street, with a ribbon cutting ceremony being held by Deputy Mayor Cllr Paul Young to mark the special occasion.

The business, run by Kerry Mason, is offering six craft-making classes a week and also sells a wife of supplies.

“We’ve had a lot of interest already – the support has been immense and the people of Highbridge have been very welcoming,” Kerry told Burnham-On-Sea.com.

“Six craft-making classes are being held every week – they’re a lot of fun and cover subjects such as card and gift making, plus jewellery creation.”

Mike Murphy, of Highbridge Chamber of Trade, welcomed the opening. “It’s great to see another new shop opening in our town – it’s a great addition to Highbridge.”
