This stunning night-time image of Burnham-On-Sea’s lighthouse has won a top award for a photographer at the town’s Camera Club.
Paul Calcutt’s photo of the beach lighthouse illuminated by moonlight was judged to be the best on show at Burnham Camera Club’s recent exhibition.
Paul was presented with the Argos Cup at the latest Camera Club meeting in Burnham’s BAY Centre following a confidential vote by visitors to the exhibition.
Paul told Burnham-On-Sea.com how the stunning photo came about: “As I had never been before, and it was such a nice evening, I had an attempt of photographing the lighthouse at Burnham.”
“I just wanted something different from the normal photos everyone takes. I’m happy with this one.”
