Burnham-On-Sea’s Manor Gardens burst into Spring colour

-

Burnham-On-Sea’s Manor Gardens have burst into colour as Spring officially gets underway this weekend.

Scores of daffodils and crocuses were in bloom on Saturday (March 1st), as pictured here, on the official first day of Spring.

It comes after an expectionally mild and wet weather.

The Met Office has confirmed the UK experienced its wettest winter since national records began in 1910. South-west England received 201mm of rain, double the average, while the region also also had its fifth warmest winter since 1910.
