Ribbon-cutting ceremony held to open new Burnham-On-Sea gift shop

-

A new gift shop opened in the centre of Burnham-On-Sea on Saturday (April 5th) when the town’s Mayor led a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Mayor Martin Cox was the VIP guest at the launch of Hidden Treasures in Regent Street, which has moved from its previous location in Burnham’s Indoor Market.

The shop sells a wide range of quality gifts, from soaps and candles to pottery, crafts and novelty items.

Owner Jane Jenkins told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “We’d outgrown our smaller unit in Burnham Indoor Market so are really pleased to have opened here, allowing us to expand our range and offer new products for a variety of special occasions such as birthdays, weddings and anniversaries.”
