The work of 25 Burnham-On-Sea photographers went on show at an exhibition in the town on Sunday (May 18th).

Burnham-On-Sea Camera Club held its sixth annual exhibition, where visitors were able to browse over dozens of eye-catching shots.

The popular event was held at Burnham Area Youth Centre in Cassis Close where scores of visitors attended.

Burnham Camera Club Chairman Mike Barnard told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “We had a good turnout of visitors throughout the day and we received plenty of positive feedback.”

“It was also great to see six new young photographers showing their work for the first time – they show great promise for the future of the club.”

The exhibition was opened by junior photographers from St Joseph’s School whose work won a recent photography competition.

The club welcomes new members of all skill levels, ranging from absolute beginners to experts specialising in their respective fields. It meets on Tuesday nights from 7pm until 9pm at the BAY Centre. Visitors are welcome.
