Burnham-On-Sea cinema presents donation to rescue hovercraft charity

Film fans have helped raise money for Burnham-On-Sea's rescue hovercraft charity.

Pat Scott from the town's Ritz Cinema in Victoria Street has presented £114 to BARB (Burnham Area Rescue Boat) following collections during several recent charity screenings.

"The money was collected during our screenings of the re-release of the blockbuster Titanic. We wanted to help a local sea rescue charity and were delighted to collect for BARB, which does such an essential job in the Burnham area," said Pat.
