Tickets
go on sale for black tie ball in aid of new Burnham hovercraft
Tickets
have gone on sale for a black tie ball to raise funds for a new
£60,000 rescue hovercraft in Burnham-On-Sea.
The
event is being jointly overseen by The Rotary Club of Burnham,
in partnership with BARB, and will be held at the Batch Country
Hotel in Lympsham on 10th April at 7pm.
Tickets,
priced £37.50, will include a quality three course meal
prepared by highly experienced chefs, plus live entertainment
from professional singer and entertainer Julie Thursday featuring
music from the 1960s to the present day.
An
auction of official signed sporting and entertainment collectables
will be held and there will also be a fun casino table offering
black jack, craps and roulette.
"We're
delighted to be supporting BARB's fundraising campaign for a new
rescue hovercraft - this special event will help raise money for
this very worthwhile local cause," Burnham Rotary Club President
Jim Tancock told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
Dress
code will be black ties for gentlemen and 'dress to impress' for
