Final
call for shops wanting to be included in Burnham Shoppers Guide
A
few last places remain for Burnham-On-Sea shops wanting to be
included in the town's 2008/2009 Shoppers Guide.
Burnham
Chamber Of Trade is putting the finishing touches to a new version
of the pocket-sized booklet, which provides an A-Z guide to Burnham's
best shops.
Over
70,000 copies will be printed and distributed in tourist information
centres, shops, motorway services, pubs and holiday parks in time
for the busy summer season.
"We've
had a good response from local shops wanting to be included, and
there are now just a few places remaining," Chairman Alex
Turco told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
"Visitors
and local residents often say they are unaware of what Burnham
has to offer. This guide clearly outlines the vast range of goods
and services on offer in our town."
The
booklet - which will be available free of charge to the public
- shines the spotlight on dozens of independent shops in Burnham
and opens up to an A3 broadsheet showing major roads, businesses,
facilities and attractions in an eye-catching format.
