Burnham-On-Sea
fudge shop visit is a sweet treat for guides

Over
thirty girl guides were treated to a visit to a Burnham-On-Sea
fudge shop on Wednesday evening (February 27th) when they saw
how the sweets are made and even got to taste a few samples!
The
group of 35 Brent Knoll guides visited Roly's Fudge Pantry in
the High Street where owners Jonathan and Julia Walter gave a
demonstration of fudge-making and explained the different types
of confectionery.
Jane
Sinnott, Leader of Brent Knoll Guides, told Burnham-On-Sea.com:
"We were invited along to see how the fudge is made and the
girls really enjoyed it."
"The
visit will help them get a step closer to earning their confectioner's
badges."
