Brean Leisure Park set to hold annual dinner boxing night

Boxing enthusiasts from the Burnham-On-Sea area will be gathering in Brean next month when the Leisure Park holds its 23rd annual Dinner Boxing evening.

The boxing event, to be held on Thursday 6th March, will include many boxers from clubs across the West Country and Wales.

The evening promises to be another action-packed night and is being run in support of Sydenham Amateur Boxing Club.

The event has seen over £60,000 raised for the club and local charities during the years.

There will even be an opportunity for those in the audience to win back their ticket cost by choosing a winner in the three fundraising horse racing films shown after the bouts.

The evening will be held in The Tavern and starts at 6.30pm. The event will include a three-course meal, followed by dinner at 7.15pm. Dress is formal - either black tie or lounge suit - and tickets are priced at £30 per person.

To book tickets, contact Nick Burrett on 01278 752121 or via email.
