Burnham-On-Sea fire crews tackle chimney blaze at West Huntspill

Burnham-On-Sea fire fighters rushed to West Huntspill on Saturday evening (January 19th) to tackle a chimney blaze.

One fire engine was called to Millgreen Close at 8.30pm after residents raised the alarm.

A single hose reel jet was used to extinguish the blaze and damp down the building, as pictured here.

Fire officer Ian Hazelton told Burnham-On-Sea.com: "The fire was quickly brought under control and fortunately there was very little damage to the property."
