Central Somerset Physiotherapy is a private physiotherapy practice with 8 clinics in various locations throughout Somerset. We run a central based administration process which co-ordinates the admin
for all of our clinics.
We are looking for a part time administrator to join our team and succeed within our business. Theposition is initially home based but may evolve to an office based position in the near future – within Burnham On Sea or Highbridge). You will be required to have internet access at your home location.

As well as physiotherapy services the clinic also provides services for:
- Podiatrists
- Sports and Massage Therapists
The successful candidate will deal with a broad range of enquiries for physiotherapy services. Full training will be provided.

The Ideal Candidate:
Will need to be flexible and adaptable and possess outstanding organisational skills. Accuracy and attention to detail will also be critical as well as an ability to communicate well with both clinical and administrative teams as well as external healthcare providers and the public. Fast paced and the ability to work accurately at speed.
Previous administration experience is essential and the successful applicant will be confident and have vast experience with IT; including Excel, word and working with databases.

The post holder will receive incoming telephone calls from patients, carers, GP’s, staff, other Health Care Professionals and external organisations and to be able to take appropriate action, which may involve discussion with the other members of the team. The post holder will represent Central Somerset Physiotherapy to the general public and patients in a professional and friendly manner. 
The working pattern will be 26 hours per week working 9am to 5pm on a Thursday and Friday. The other two days may be flexible (Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday) We are an 8am-9pm service so some evening hours may be required.
Pay Scale: £8.25 per hour including pension option.

carrying out services and repairs of caravans, motor homes and trailer tents. We are now looking for an experienced Caravan Technician/Engineer to manage this new workshop. The role will include a variety of duties including servicing, damp repairs, body work and general fault finding and repairs. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of gas and electrics and possess AWS, Gas Safe and NCC accreditations.

.VOLUNTEER SALES ASSISTANTS/ FUNDRAISERS

Volunteer Sales Assistants would assist in the daily running of shop in Burnham-On-Sea which would include replenishment of stock and merchandising, and till. Suitable volunteers do not need experience as training will be given. Ideally a morning or afternoon a week, the shop is open 7 days a week and therefore days could be found to suit applicants.

Volunteer Fundraising staff would help with various campaigns throughout the year, which could include Ride for Ryder, Christmas fundraising, volunteer campaigns, stock generation campaigns and fundraising in general. This position is very flexible and could be carried out at home subject to approval. Training and guidance will be given and would work closely with shop manager. This would suit and enthusiastic, organised person.
