The hotel
is set back from the road so that you can enjoy the peace and quiet.
It is also within a 5 min walk of the beach and town centre and other
amenities. Dunstan House Inn has a very popular Public Bar and Restaurant
serving a large selection of real ales, lagers, local ciders, spirits
& soft drinks. Their menu offers a choice of tempting home cooked

in the heart of Somerset, just two miles off Junction 22 of the M5 Motorway,
Laburnum House Lodge Hotel has been designed with you in mind.
It is only
100 metres from the beach, and a five minute walk from the town centre
so it is a wonderful base for visiting the area. There
are four bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin and 2 family sized. All are newly
refurbished to a high standard, with en-suite, hair driers, Freeview
TV and full tea & coffee making facilities.There
is parking available, and a free pick-up service from the local train
station can also be arranged.
The hotel
is close to the M5 junction for Burnham-on-Sea and would appeal to anyone
visiting the area especially wedding parties or guests on business.
The Restaurant is also a great favourite with regular visitors and guests
for lunches & evening meals and can get fully booked. The
Battleborough Grange has for a very many number of years been one of
Somerset's most favoured wedding venues.
The rooms
are spacious and decorated to a high standard, and tea/coffee making
facilities and TVs come as standard. Double and single rooms are available
and there is a shared bathroom for guests. There is parking available
outside the property, on the street. There are also plenty of public
car parks nearby - most of which are free after 6pm.
For guests
arriving by car there is parking in the street and off road. It is advised
to call in advance to check the best place to park. There is also a
public car park nearby.
Magnolia House holds the prestigious 4 stars by given by the AA as well as 4 stars from Visit Britain/Enjoy England. It is the only guesthouse in Burnham-On-Sea to have achieved this. All of
the rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious with exquisite ensuite
facilities. Each room also has its own wall mounted LCD Freeview TV
and a DVD player with a wide range of DVD films to choose from. Off

The main part of the building originally dates back to 1535 and the old stables and coach houses have been converted into bed and breakfast accommodation. The Old Rectory Motel is well designed for children as some of the accommodation is situated close to the special Children's Play Area in a secure wooded area. Many of the rooms have stunning views over the countryside. The beach is only 150 yards walk. For those
guests who want to taste a famous West Country Cream Tea, with scones,
jam and cream, afternoon tea is served in the garden or conservatory.
If you are planning a conference or want to celebrate a special occasion
there are facilities available for hire. Plenty of Off Road Parking.
It is
only 10 minutes from the nearest beach and the local pub is within a
short walk. Other facilities nearby are Brean, The Golf Club, Brean
Down as well as the shops and attractions of Burnham-On-Sea.
We have a Visit Britain 3 star rating. The town centre is also within walking distance as well as local amenities such as the cinema, theatre, resturants and a wide range of shops.
It also
has a unique
feature which sets it apart from other guest houses and B&Bs in
the area. It is the only guest house in Burnham-On-Sea with its own
heated indoor swimming pool. The pool is open from Easter until the
31st October.
All of
the rooms are very spacious and furnished to a high standard. As the
Victoria Hotel is a Public House they serve a selection of real ales
as well as the usual range of drinks. The menu offers a choice delicious
home cooked meals that are popular with locals and visitors alike. There
is plenty of parking for all guests.

mini fridge. There
is also a large garden and summerhouse which is perfect to relax in.
