person; Large Double £32.50 p p and £35 p p in our
superior room for 2 adults ( single occupancy of large and superior
rooms are £43 and £47). £100 for a family of

The
Warren Guesthouse is a licensed, four star silver award Visit
Britain establishment offering bed and breakfast, with ample off-road
car parking, situated close to the centre of Burnham-On-Sea, the
championship golf course, and the beach. It also holds the coveted
Breakfast Award and also holds a welcome host qualification, independently
rating this guesthouse as the top sea-side B & B in Somerset.
The
guest house offers spacious bedrooms, either with en-suite or
with private facilities. All rooms have free broadband internet
access. There is a choice of full English or continental breakfast,
using mostly locally sourced produce, including home produced
preserves.
The
Warren Guest House is one of the oldest buildings in Burnham-on-Sea
and has many fine historical features. It was originally built
as a gentlemans residence & was the first building in Allandale
Road. It became a guest house providing bed and breakfast accommodation
in 1971, after previously being used as a Nursing Home.
