Welcome to Roly's Fudge Pantry. A real West Country fudge experience! The shop in Burnham-On-Sea has now been trading on the High Street for over 5 years.

Our reputation for delicious crumbly fudge makes us one of the most unusual, talked about and popular shops in the High St. Anyone visiting the shop is allowed to taste before they buy! There are 12 flavours to choose from including Vanilla, Rum & Raisin, Chocolate, Bailey's Irish Cream and Lemon Meringue. New for July 2007 is Cider and Apple - made using local cider.

If you are lucky you can see the fudge being made at the shop. It is made freshly at least once a day - up to three times in the summer. The fudge is cooked in our copper pans, using only natural ingredients. After nearly an hour of boiling the fudge has caramelised to a creamy thick consistency. Once cooled we pour the fudge onto our marble table then stir and fold the fudge until it sets. Now it's ready to be cut into chunks and it's ready to sale. There you have it proper creamy, crumbly, textured fudge!

We have received many complimentary letters over the years and now have literally hundreds of Roly's Fudge Addicts! We also love to hear comments from customers either in the shop or via our website.

We are very grateful for all the local support and feel it's now time to 'give a little back'. At present we are running a loyalty card - Every time you spend £1.20 on loose fudge you are entitled to a stamp on your card. Once you have 5 stamps you can have a free 100gram bag of fudge.
